Add Design
When you add the Design phase to a product or feature, you can either add a design or create a design and then add it.

On the Add Design(s) screen, provide the following information:
- Name
- Description
- Business Requirement - choose the business requirement to which the design is related.
- Either enter a link of a document or upload a file and click Add.

Click Create New if you want to create a new design. (optional step)

Click Submit to submit the details related to the design.
Repeat step 1 to add additional designs or documents.
